Personnel changes and renews based on customer research
In this article, we announce camera team personnel changes, showroom and service summer schedules, and exiting business renews based on customer research.
Janne Suopajärvi, TV Tools’ camera technician, will leave the company to focus on new challenges on the job front. The roads diverge in a longing, but grateful atmosphere after about five years of glorious cooperation. Janne has been a distinguished contributor to many actions in his TV Tools career; such as developing the camera business and showroom at Lauttasaari’s head office and setting up camera-side maintenance operations.
We thank Janne for the past years and wish her all the best for the future!
Janne’s duties will be transferred to our new Product Specialist, Matilda Lönnberg. She is a customer-oriented camera expert. Matilda’s responsibilities include the sale of camera and production equipment, showroom, product demonstrations, and customer relations.
A warm welcome to the team, Matilda!
Our Systems Specialist Samu Vilske will take over the maintenance of the camera, cinema head and tripod. His training for maintenance duties has started earlier this spring by camera technician Janne Suopajärvi. The educational cooperation with Janne will continue in the future.

On top of the personnel news, there is one more thing we would like you to know..
We will set up an online store for camera equipment, accessories and production equipment! We conducted a customer experience survey in the winter of 2020, and based on the results of the survey, most of you stated that e-commerce platform would ease doing business with us. We will launch the online store in early 2022. Thank you very much for influencing the development of TV Tools!
