IBC 2022 – Riedel AMA
Riedel’s new audio monitoring app AMA makes it much easier to manage monitored sound sources.
Developed for monitoring audio streams, Riedel’s AMA (Audio Monitoring App) eliminates the need for a separate audio monitor, reducing costs, saving rack space and improving workflow. The program offers operators the opportunity to monitor audio streams and at the same time manage production through the Intercom application.
AMA enables direct connection to any SMPTE 2110-30 (AES67) stream available on the network, either dynamically controlled via NMOS or as a static IP/SDP based configuration, mixing the audio directly inside the SmartPanel.
AMA enables intercom integration, control and voice monitoring to the same endpoints, even in difficult environments. Thanks to AMA, the 1200 series SmartPanel offers all the features in one piece of hardware. SmartPanel is equipped with a high-resolution touch screen and an intuitive user interface.
