Juha Blomster and Markus Paul joined TV Tools’ board
TV Tools strengthened its board of directors in May 2020 with two new members.
Bold solutions and experience to conquering the market
Juha Blomster is known as an expert in the media industry. Now he wants to help TV Tools, a media technology solution provider to grow and develop to the next level.
Blomster served as the CEO of A-lehti, Talentum, Kauppalehti, and Aamulehti. Success stories include leading change and digitalization, while keeping the satisfaction of the work community at an excellent level.
The views honed by deep experience bring real added value to TV Tools, which aims to diversify its service business into infra (IaaS) and enhance its market position as a leading software development company in the media industry. Juha’s election to the Board is also an investment in the well-being of the personnel.

Markus Paul’s core competency is based on 10 years of entrepreneurial background in media production and distribution. The cooperation with large media houses enriches TV Tools with significant contacts that Markus achieved as a result of networking. He also shares visions for the successful care of demanding customers.
Markus is the CEO of Media Tailor, a subsidiary of TV Tools. Media Tailor focuses on media management and logistics solutions. The election to the Board will increase the Group’s internal synergy.

Timo Kujala
Chairman of the board & Partner
Timo is the founder of TV Tools and the chairman of the board. He acted as TV Tools’ CEO from 1996 to 2017. Timo is also the chairman of the board for TV Tools’ subsidiary company, Media Tailor.
Besides these companies, Timo is focused on reforming the Finnish forest industry and on our environmental mission.

Juha has acted as CEO for companies such as A-lehdet, Talentum and Aamulehti. At the moment, he is active on the board of Tokmanni and Pohjoisranta BCW, amongst others.
At TV Tools, Juha is developing the leadership system, leading the strategic work and acting as the mentor for the company’s CEO.
Mikko Kujala

Mikko is TV Tools’ CEO and partner. He is also a member of the board for the subsidiary company, Media Tailor.
Mikko has climbed into the lead of the company, growing through the whole organisation. For TV Tools, he has created new business actions, operated as a head architect in innovative technological solutions and developed the company’s operating principles and processes.
