TV Tools offers design, installation and support services. Many of our customers require comprehensive solutions which means that all technical services can be sourced centrally from a single operator.

Design

Design is the foundation of a well-working system. All of our project managers have practical experience from industry productions - this is very important when designing a well-functioning system.

Our design service includes detailed documentation for the entire system, including drawings and all relevant information. We provide the documentation both in paper and electronic format. We also maintain a database of all systems we have supplied.

Installation

We carry out installations from cabling to configuration. We can build a system from start to finish or implement just one part of a system. We have extensive experience from integrating new systems in existing environments.

Our staff are among the best in Finland. Their knowhow is always up-to-date thanks to our active training program.

Support

In most cases, we continue to provide a support service after the system delivery. Our support service is built on the same database as design and installation, which facilitates seamless transition from one stage to another.

Our support secures the system’s functionality and provides assistance during problems. We are able to provide solutions extremely fast by focusing on the right issues at the right time: we concentrate on solving problems as soon as they appear, without time-consuming bureaucracy, and wait to log the data in our support system until the problem has been solved. Thanks to our support system, issues can be reviewed later or used by our customers for internal purposes.

The role of active support is increasingly important, and support is our fastest growing area. Our support customers receive priority in problem situations. All our support customers can utilise our resources, for example, to test new software versions. We can provide test configurations and thus eliminate the risk of affecting a working production system.
